Have the baking instructions to change if I substitute shortening with oil?
I have a cake from Scratch (Keep your fingers crossed) and I will replace oil for shortening. I can do anyway? I have to say only a few forums so. The instructions say to cream sugar and shortening. What should I do If I use the oil again? I doubt I can be the 2 I would just like to mix it cream? And help and links welcome! Oh wow, thanks! Is there anything that I could instead use?
